A practical partner motion

Bring the relationship.
We support the workflow.

The program is designed to complement the systems and services your client already uses. Goshen starts with one narrow workflow and keeps external actions approval-gated.

01 · Diagnose

Lead Response Check

Use a co-branded five-question assessment to identify a real operational starting point without diagnosing a failure or asking for private records.

02 · Demonstrate

Fictional workflow

Show the capture, urgency, ownership, approval, and briefing flow before the client connects a live system.

03 · Deliver

Assisted pilot

Goshen documents the scope, permissions, baseline, and review process for one controlled workflow.

04 · Register

Clear lead ownership

A simple registration record identifies the client, source, agreed next step, and review date without storing unnecessary personal data.

05 · Support

Shared implementation

The partner can remain involved while Goshen handles goOS workflow setup, approvals, and platform support.

06 · Learn

Evidence before expansion

Any outcome claim requires documented customer evidence and written permission. We expand only after the first workflow proves useful.

Founding-partner economics are proposed, not yet a public promise.

A planning model is 20% of collected subscription revenue for the first 12 months on an approved referral, or a mutually approved fixed referral fee. Final economics, eligibility, attribution, payment timing, and implementation responsibilities must be documented in a signed partner agreement.

Partner conversation

Start with one client workflow,
not a broad commitment.

Tell us which businesses you support and where a clearer lead or approval handoff could help. We will review fit before discussing referrals or pilots.
