Scope
This policy describes how Goshen Consulting LLC handles information through goshenconsultingllc.com, access requests for app.goshenconsultingllc.com, goOS accounts and workspaces, and related consulting or support interactions. A separate written agreement may add terms for a specific customer engagement.
Information you provide
We may collect your name, work email, phone number when requested, company, role, service interests, access-request details, project information, support messages, account information, and the business content an authorized customer chooses to place in goOS. Do not submit sensitive personal, regulated, payment-card, health, or confidential third-party information unless Goshen has expressly approved that use in writing.
Account, security, and billing information
When goOS access is available, authentication and security providers may process sign-in, session, password-recovery, multifactor-authentication, device, and security-event information. Billing providers may process customer, subscription, invoice, and payment-status information. Goshen does not need to store full payment-card numbers when payment is handled by the payment provider.
User-agreement acceptance records
When a goOS user checks the agreement box and signs in, Goshen records the authenticated user identifier, User Agreement version, acceptance time, and acceptance method. These records support contract administration, security, audits, and dispute resolution. The acceptance record does not require storage of the user’s IP address.
Website and analytics information
Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security signals. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics on this website and may measure page views, referrals, device information, form success, and calls to action. How information is used
We use information to respond to requests, review business fit, provide and secure services, authenticate authorized users, coordinate approved goOS workflows, support customers, process billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, meet legal obligations, and improve our products and marketing. We do not sell personal information.
AI processing and human control
Authorized goOS content may be processed by AI and infrastructure providers to generate requested drafts, analyses, summaries, workflow results, and approval requests. AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and approving consequential actions. Goshen does not authorize agents to send, publish, spend, pay, refund, file, sign, delete, deploy, or change customer records without the required permission and an audited integration.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use providers for hosting, authentication, databases, AI processing, analytics, form collection, email, payments, monitoring, and security. Providers process information to deliver their services and under applicable contractual and legal terms. The current primary providers and purposes are described on our Subprocessor List. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
Customer-controlled data
When Goshen processes personal data in a goOS workspace for a customer, that customer generally determines why and how the data is used. Privacy requests relating to that customer’s records should usually be directed to the customer first. Where incorporated into an agreement, our Data Processing Addendum describes controller and processor responsibilities.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, an active account or agreement, security and audit needs, dispute resolution, and applicable obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to verification, applicable law, security needs, and legitimate retention requirements. You may decline optional analytics through the website’s cookie choices and unsubscribe from marketing messages using the method provided in the message.
Children and updates
Our business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. We may update this policy as products, providers, or practices change. The date above identifies the latest published version.
