goOS User Agreement

1. Electronic agreement

This goOS User Agreement (“User Agreement”) is a binding contract between Goshen Consulting LLC (“Goshen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person who accesses goOS (“you”). By checking the agreement box and signing in, you confirm that you have read and agree to this User Agreement, the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, AI Services and Human Oversight Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable order or customer agreement.

If you access goOS for a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to use its workspace and bind yourself to these user obligations. Only an authorized representative may bind the organization to commercial terms. If you do not agree, do not sign in or use goOS.

2. Authorized user and individual account

Your account is assigned to you and may not be shared. Each person must use a separate approved account so permissions, approvals, and audit history remain attributable. You must provide accurate account information, protect passwords and authentication factors, use required multifactor authentication, sign out of unattended devices, and promptly report suspected compromise. Your organization’s workspace owner controls membership and business permissions; Goshen may suspend access when identity, authority, or security cannot be verified.

3. Organization authority and instructions

You may access only organizations, records, integrations, and actions your organization authorizes. You must not obtain or attempt to obtain another user’s or organization’s data. Goshen may rely on instructions from an authorized owner or manager unless the instruction appears unauthorized, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with a higher-priority agreement. Workspace owners are responsible for promptly removing departed or unauthorized users and reviewing permissions.

4. goOS and AI agents

goOS coordinates software and AI agents that may prepare drafts, classify information, summarize work, suggest actions, and use approved integrations. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, insecure, or similar to output provided to others. You must review outputs with appropriate expertise before relying on them. goOS is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, medical, employment, investment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.

5. Human approval and consequential actions

Permission labels such as Observe, Draft, Approval Required, Execute, and Prohibited are operational controls, not guarantees. You may approve an action only when you are authorized, understand its effect, have reviewed the underlying data and output, and have confirmed the recipient, amount, scope, timing, and connected account. Signing contracts, changing prices, bulk deletion, unauthorized deployment, and other prohibited actions must not be delegated to an agent. Goshen may add approval gates, usage limits, delays, or suspensions to reduce risk.

6. Connected services

When you connect email, calendar, CRM, communications, finance, storage, or other services, you authorize goOS to access and process only the data and actions needed for enabled workflows. You must have authority to connect the account and comply with the provider’s terms. You are responsible for reviewing scopes, recipients, credentials, and automation rules. Disconnecting a service may stop related workflows but may not delete records that must be retained for security, billing, audit, or legal purposes.

7. Customer content, personal data, and confidentiality

You retain rights in content you are authorized to provide. You grant Goshen and its providers the limited rights needed to host, secure, process, transmit, and generate requested results from it. Do not submit information you lack authority or a lawful basis to use. Do not submit regulated health data, payment-card data, government identifiers, biometric data, children’s data, passwords, or other highly sensitive information unless a signed agreement expressly approves that use and required safeguards are active. You must protect confidential information visible through goOS and use it only for authorized business purposes.

8. Sales, marketing, and communications compliance

If you use goOS for lead qualification, email, SMS, voice, reviews, or marketing, you are responsible for lawful collection, contact, suppression, consent, identification, opt-out, recording, and retention practices. You must honor unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests and comply with applicable laws and provider rules. goOS must not be used for purchased or unlawfully harvested contact lists, misleading sender identities, spam, robocalling, or emergency communications.

9. Security and acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not bypass safeguards, probe security without written authorization, extract secrets, perform server-side request forgery, inject malicious instructions, upload malware, evade rate or spend limits, impersonate others, interfere with service, or use goOS for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, fraud, violence, exploitation, or infringement.

10. Usage, plans, and billing

Your organization’s plan may limit users, agents, integrations, storage, communications, model usage, or workflow runs. Attempts to avoid limits or create excessive cost are prohibited. Subscription, trial, renewal, cancellation, tax, payment, and refund terms appear at checkout, in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, or in the applicable order. Your access may end when the organization’s subscription ends or payment remains overdue.

11. Ownership and feedback

Goshen and its licensors own goOS, its software, workflows, interfaces, documentation, branding, and improvements, excluding customer content and any deliverable separately assigned in writing. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use goOS for authorized internal business purposes during the applicable term. Feedback may be used to improve Goshen products without payment, provided it does not disclose confidential customer information.

12. Monitoring, audit records, and enforcement

To operate and protect goOS, Goshen may maintain account, agreement-acceptance, security, approval, workflow, integration, billing, and audit records. We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access for compromise, unlawful conduct, abuse, nonpayment, policy violation, legal requirement, or material risk. Attempts to delete, conceal, or falsify audit history are prohibited.

13. Disclaimers and liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOS AND ITS OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” GOSHEN DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ACCURATE OR UNIQUE AI OUTPUT, COMPATIBILITY WITH EVERY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, OR ANY PARTICULAR LEAD, APPOINTMENT, SAVINGS, REVENUE, PROFIT, COMPLIANCE, OR BUSINESS RESULT. Liability limitations, indemnity obligations, and dispute terms in the Terms of Use and any signed customer agreement apply to your use.

14. Changes and versioned acceptance

Goshen may update this User Agreement as goOS, providers, risks, or legal requirements change. The version is identified above. We may require renewed click-through acceptance before continued access after a material update. Your sign-in acceptance is recorded by user identifier, agreement version, time, and acceptance method; we do not need to store your IP address for this record.

15. Contact

Send account, agreement, or security questions to support@goshenconsultingllc.com. Send privacy or data-rights requests to privacy@goshenconsultingllc.com. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card numbers, or sensitive customer records by email.
