Acceptable Use Policy
Effective and last updated: August 8, 2026
Purpose and scope
This policy applies to Goshen websites, goOS, AI agents, workflows, integrations, communications, APIs, and related services. Customers are responsible for their users, content, instructions, recipients, connected accounts, and compliance in every jurisdiction where a workflow operates.
Account and access abuse
Do not share individual credentials, use another person’s account, access another organization’s data, bypass multifactor authentication, misrepresent identity or authority, create accounts to evade limits, or retain access after authorization ends. Keep credentials and integration secrets secure and report suspected compromise promptly.
Security and infrastructure abuse
Do not probe, scan, exploit, or test vulnerabilities without written permission; perform credential stuffing, brute force, enumeration, denial-of-service, server-side request forgery, or unauthorized network access; extract system prompts, tokens, API keys, or secrets; upload malware; mine cryptocurrency; obscure malicious traffic; circumvent isolation, rate limits, spend caps, approval gates, or audit controls; or interfere with service availability.
AI and automation abuse
Do not use prompt injection, encoded instructions, tool manipulation, or deceptive content to make an agent ignore safeguards, disclose protected information, exceed authority, or perform a prohibited action. Do not deploy unreviewed AI output in a safety-critical, regulated, financial, legal, medical, employment, or production-security context. Customers must review outputs before production use and maintain meaningful human oversight.
Unlawful, harmful, or deceptive use
Do not use the Services for fraud, impersonation, phishing, scams, theft, violence, exploitation, illegal goods or services, unlawful surveillance, harassment, threats, hate or unlawful discrimination, defamation, sexual exploitation, intellectual-property infringement, privacy violations, falsified records, deceptive claims, or conduct that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Email, SMS, voice, and marketing
Do not send spam, use misleading sender or subject information, contact people without the required lawful basis or consent, ignore opt-outs, use unlawfully purchased or harvested lists, evade provider suppression controls, or use goOS for emergency calls. Customers are responsible for applicable email, telemarketing, texting, call-recording, do-not-call, carrier, and platform rules, including recipient identification and a working opt-out process.
Data collection and sensitive information
Do not scrape, purchase, enrich, combine, or use personal or business data in violation of source terms, privacy law, consent, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights. Do not submit payment-card data, passwords, government identifiers, biometric data, precise location, children’s data, health data, or other highly sensitive or regulated information unless a signed agreement expressly permits that category and required controls are active.
Service integrity and fair use
Do not reverse engineer protected components except where law prohibits restriction; remove proprietary notices; resell, sublicense, or provide service-bureau access without written permission; build a competing product from protected Goshen materials; train a model on protected Goshen content; overload the Services; or manipulate usage measurement, billing, trials, credits, or plan limits.
Consequential and prohibited actions
Users must not direct an agent to sign a contract, change pricing, make an unauthorized payment or refund, file a legal or regulatory document, perform bulk deletion, deploy to production without authority, alter security controls, or take another consequential action without the customer authority, human approval, tested integration, and limits required by goOS. A prompt or workflow instruction cannot expand an agent’s permissions.
Enforcement and reporting
Goshen may investigate, limit, suspend, remove content, disable workflows or integrations, or terminate access when we reasonably suspect a violation, security risk, legal requirement, or harm. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful authorities. Report suspected violations or security issues to support@goshenconsultingllc.com.
Updates
We may update this policy and will identify the current date above. Material changes may receive additional notice or require renewed agreement where appropriate.
